New Patients

Overview

Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional periodontal care in a calm, friendly, and non-threatening environment. We understand that visiting a periodontist can be stressful, which is why we prioritize comfort, personalized attention, and a relaxed atmosphere. While we do not participate with most insurance plans, this allows us to give each patient the time and focus they deserve—never double-booking or rushing through appointments. We work closely with your general dentist to ensure seamless, high-quality care, and we use advanced technologies like Piezosurgery to offer gentler, less traumatic experiences during surgical procedures. Conscious sedation (anxiolysis) is also available for patients who feel anxious about dental treatment.

Our Mission

Our mission is to treat every patient like family while delivering thoughtful, individualized periodontal care. We believe that an educated patient is the best patient, and we are committed to helping you fully understand your diagnosis, treatment options, and recommended care. We strive to maximize your dental benefit reimbursement and support you throughout the insurance process. Above all, our goal is to provide clinical excellence in an environment where you feel respected, heard, and completely at ease.

Patient Forms

You can save time and expedite your first visit by completing the forms in our “New Patient Package” at home. Also, remember to bring your insurance card and an ID with you to your first appointment.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

At your first visit, you’ll experience a warm, welcoming, and unrushed environment. Because we never double-book, you can expect our full attention as we take the time to thoroughly evaluate your periodontal health and discuss your concerns. We encourage you to ask questions—understanding your treatment is an important part of your care. If you experience dental anxiety, we offer conscious sedation to help you feel more comfortable. Should your treatment require surgical procedures, our use of Piezosurgery technology helps ensure a smoother, less traumatic experience. Throughout the process, we’ll work with your dental insurance to help you receive the maximum benefits available.

Please bring the following information to your appointment:
