Payment Options

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. In addition, financing options such as CareCredit are available for major dental work done in our office. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance or billing questions you may have.

Insurance Plans

We participate with Delta Dental and submit claims to all other insurance companies as an out-of-network provider. Please note that payment is due at the time of your appointment.

We’ll handle claim submissions and documentation for you, but be sure to let us know if your insurance changes. All treatment fees are ultimately your responsibility, and most insurers process claims within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance will be due once your claim is finalized.
